The entire essay is filled with CHIM vocabs and i spent hours just to look for their meanings. There are words lyk "ambiguity" where they can use "uncertainty". "Jurisdictional" where they can use "authority". "adjudication" where they can use "judgement". "Infringement" where they can use "violation". "Affront" where they can use "offend". "Concomitantly" where they can use "related". "Curtailed" where they can use "restrain". "Subjugated" where they can use "defeated". "Myriad" where they can use "Countless". "Astute" where they can use "wise". "Scrutiny" where they can use "analysis". "Regime" where they "establishment". "Interoperability" where they can use "capable of being used". "Substantive" where they can "independence". "Imperatives" where they can use "essential". "Benign" where they cn use "gentle".

I think i should end here, i tired alr, last night was the only, last and ever one night that i have learnt soO much vocabs in my entire lyf.

I think the heads actually use THESAURUS to change those words, goddnessss!!!!!! They should learn what is Occam's Razor, where things are elminated to understand better.
